1. Admissions and withdrawals
- The students are normally admitted to the school in the beginning of the academic year.
- New admission will be made if there is a vacancy.
- Admission process will be completed when the leaving certificate will be issued by the previous school.
- The Principal & the Management has the right to refuse any application without giving any reason for the same.
- No leaving certificate will be issued unless it is applied by the parent & all the dues have been cleared and all the library books have been returned.
1. પ્રવેશ અને નિયમો
- વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સામાન્ય રીતે શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષની શરૂઆતમાં જ શાળામાં પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવે છે.
- જો કોઈ જગ્યા ખાલી હોય તો નવું પ્રવેશ થઈ શકે છે.
- જ્યાં સુધી છેલ્લી માન્યતા પ્રાપ્ત શાળામાંથી લિવિંગ સર્ટિફિકેટ રજૂ કરવામાં ન આવે ત્યાં સુધી કોઈ પ્રવેશ પૂર્ણ ગણવામાં આવતો નથી.
- પ્રિન્સિપાલ અને મેનેજમેન્ટને કોઈપણ કારણ આપ્યા વિના કોઈપણ અરજીને નકારવાનો અધિકાર છે.
- જ્યાં સુધી માતાપિતા દ્વારા અરજી કરવામાં ન આવે અને તમામ લેણાં ક્લિયર કરવામાં આવ્યા હોય અને લાઇબ્રેરીના તમામ પુસ્તકો પરત કરવામાં આવ્યા હોય ત્યાં સુધી કોઈ શાળા છોડવાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.
2. School Uniform
All the students must come to school in proper uniform every day.
2. શાળા ગણવેશ (યુનિફોર્મ)
બધા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ દરરોજ યોગ્ય ગણવેશ સાથે જ શાળામાં પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવે છે.
3. General discipline
- Students are expected to maintain discipline inside and outside the class rooms.
- Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones or any other such instrument except study materials.
3. સામાન્ય શિસ્ત
- વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પાસે વર્ગખંડની અંદર અને બહાર શિસ્ત જાળવવાની અપેક્ષા રાખવામાં આવે છે.
- કોઈપણ વિદ્યાર્થીને અભ્યાસ સામગ્રી સિવાય મોબાઈલ કે અન્ય કોઈ સાધન લાવવાની મંજૂરી નથી.
4. Co-curricular activities
- Students are expected to take part actively in the co-curricular activities of the school through out the session.
- No Student will be exempted from the physical exercise and games without doctor’s medical certificate.
4. સહ-અભ્યાસિક પ્રવૃત્તિઓ
- વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ વર્ષ દરમિયાન શાળાની સહ-અભ્યાસિક પ્રવૃત્તિઓમાં સક્રિયપણે ભાગ લેવાની અપેક્ષા રાખવામાં આવે છે.
- ડોક્ટરના મેડિકલ સર્ટિફિકેટ વિના કોઈપણ વિદ્યાર્થીને શારીરિક કસરત અને રમતોમાંથી મુક્તિ આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.
5. Examination
Different examinations are conducted during the academic year - Students who remain absent from any examination without valid reason will not be promoted.
5. પરીક્ષા
શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ દરમિયાન વિવિધ પરીક્ષાઓ લેવામાં આવે છે - ગંભીર કારણ વગર કોઈપણ પરીક્ષામાં ગેરહાજર રહેનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓને બઢતી આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.
